• Manage accounts and serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company • Operate in the Southern territory – Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, and Santa Catarina • Develop new business and retain existing contracts • Market and sell service contracts and other services from the portfolio • Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, needs assessment, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing, and contract activation • Conduct frequent client visits to strengthen relationships and identify needs • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including the services team and area managers • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey • Manage the sales pipeline and commercial activities in Salesforce, maintaining disciplined activity tracking and expense reporting • Plan and organize daily sales activities to serve current and prospective customers • Contribute to forecast accuracy and the achievement of sales targets
• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields • Based in Curitiba (PR) or Porto Alegre (RS) • Experience in account management, consultative sales, and territory development • Field-based role with frequent client visits • Availability to travel • Advanced English
