• Realizar prospecção ativa de empresas (B2B) • Identificar e qualificar oportunidades de negócio • Agendar reuniões comerciais • Apresentar soluções de serviços de RH de forma consultiva • Elaborar e acompanhar propostas comerciais • Alimentar e atualizar CRM/planilhas de controle • Acompanhar indicadores e metas comerciais

🎯 Requirements

• Experiência com vendas ativas, preferencialmente B2B • Desejável vivência com venda de serviços (consultoria será um diferencial) • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita • Organização e disciplina para atuação em home office • Perfil proativo, resiliente e orientado a resultados • Facilidade com ferramentas digitais, CRM e planilhas
