📋 Description

• Drive Devoted Medical’s organization-wide efforts to deliver best-in-class clinical outcomes • Own and drive performance on preventative care and clinical outcome metrics, including cancer screenings, diabetic eye exams, and kidney function testing • Design organization-wide strategies across a portfolio of clinical outcome metrics • Identify opportunities to eliminate friction in members’ healthcare journeys • Manage performance against operating KPIs and clinical outcome metrics • Partner with Clinical, Member Experience, Product, Technology, and frontline teams to design and implement solutions • Translate goals into actionable strategies and guide initiatives from pilot through full-scale implementation • Leverage data to identify performance drivers and variability • Create frameworks for evidence-based decisions and resolve barriers to performance • Lead through direct management and influence, enabling and supporting frontline teams • Translate complex operational goals into daily workflows • Report to the Senior Director of Preventive Health and work with executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in high-ownership operator roles driving performance improvement in complex, regulated, or high-stakes environments • Experience developing metrics and targets, analyzing trends, driving performance improvement, and reporting outcomes • Ability to execute quickly, adapt rapidly, and improve processes while developing scalable automated solutions • Strong analytical thinking and ability to build sophisticated models to size opportunities and evaluate experiments • Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI • Ability to think in algorithms regarding multi-step, probabilistic processes • Demonstrated leadership impact and ability to influence outcomes across organizational levels • Experience with direct management, cross-functional project leadership, or matrix reporting relationships • Outstanding communication skills and ability to distill complex operational and clinical concepts into actionable insights • Track record of refining complex workflows and mapping cross-functional processes • Ability to learn quickly in complex operational domains • Curiosity about emerging technologies and pragmatic approach to using AI • Experience using LLMs to build complex prompts and tools is a strong plus • Skill and rigor in using and analyzing data, including understanding metric pitfalls, changing denominators, ranges, and probabilities
