📋 Description

• Independently develop and deliver learning programs, materials, and resources for frontline staff providing care and service to members • Own complex training end-to-end and act as a project leader with operational and technical stakeholders • Support ongoing education on products, workflows, and services for call center agents (Guides) • Provide a “One Team” learning framework, scheduled and on-demand coaching, and self-development tools • Analyze data, observation, and interactions to identify learning needs, gaps, goals, success metrics, and objectives • Translate analysis findings into learning solutions, including objectives, instructional strategies, assessments, and content sequencing • Design soft-skill and competency-based curriculum using AI tools and workflows • Manage creation of learning materials across multiple modalities and incorporate review feedback • Synthesize learning elements into cohesive, accurate final learning experiences • Complete logistics, deliver instructor-led materials, and upload or assign e-learning modules • Evaluate training using Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels and multi-source data to measure impact and identify improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering AI-era instructional training using AI tools and workflows • Experience with soft-skill and competency-based curriculums • 5+ years in learning design and facilitation across multiple modalities • Demonstrated innovation and successful “outside the box” learning solutions • 3+ years independently managing full-lifecycle instructional design and delivery projects from conceptualization through delivery and evaluation • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills • Ability to adapt to varied personalities and build productive relationships across levels and teams • Self-motivated change champion who continually adds value • Openness to accepting and applying feedback from peers, leaders, and stakeholders
