📋 Description

• Engage prospective students through inbound and outbound phone calls and video conferencing • Meet daily performance expectations for call volume, talk time, and applicant progression • Interview prospective students to assess motivation, career goals, and barriers to education • Help students overcome obstacles and identify the degree program matching their needs • Present the benefits of education and DeVry University tailored to students' needs and goals • Guide students through the admissions process • Respond to questions and connect students with financial aid and academic advisors • Gather documents necessary to start school • Ensure students complete admissions testing • Identify and contact additional prospective students through networking and relationships with current students

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience • Passion for education and desire to help prospective students achieve educational and career goals • Enjoy listening to and talking with prospective students over the phone • Ability to create meaningful relationships with prospective students • Ability to craft well-written, compelling messages • Ability to work toward team goals while also working independently and being internally motivated • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weeknights and Saturdays • Ability to consistently work the assigned schedule • Reliable and consistent availability during scheduled working hours • Ability to sit and work at a desk on a computer for extended periods • Professional, distraction-free home work environment with no conflicting responsibilities • Home office must have DSL or cable internet hardwired to a modem/router via Ethernet; dial-up, wireless, and satellite internet are not acceptable
