📋 Description

• Engage prospective students through inbound and outbound phone calls and video conferencing • Meet daily performance expectations for call volume, talk time, and applicant progression • Interview prospective students to assess motivation, career goals, and barriers to education • Help prospective students overcome obstacles and identify suitable degree programs • Present the benefits of education and DeVry University, tailoring information to student needs and goals • Guide students through the admissions process • Answer questions and connect students with financial aid and academic advisors • Gather required enrollment documents and ensure completion of admissions testing • Identify and contact additional prospective students through networking and relationships with current students

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience • Passion for education and desire to help prospective students achieve educational and career goals • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to listen to and speak with prospective students by phone • Ability to craft well-written, compelling messages • Ability to work collaboratively and independently • Internal motivation and goal orientation • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weeknights and Saturdays • Reliable and consistent availability during scheduled working hours • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods • Professional, distraction-free home work environment with no conflicting responsibilities • Home office must have DSL or cable Internet hardwired to a modem/router via Ethernet; dial-up, wireless, and satellite internet are not acceptable
