📋 Description

• Recruit new students for Post University’s online programs • Conduct Professional College Advisory Sessions by telephone and occasionally face-to-face • Help prospective students identify interests and select suitable degree programs • Respond promptly to student inquiries about Post University and its programs • Enter student enrollment information and maintain accurate documentation • Ensure accuracy of Academic Military Student Information in the University’s Student Information System • Follow up with prospective students and applicants and record results in the database • Guide students on degree requirements, degree selection, majors, minors, concentrations, course selection, registration, and work/life/study issues • Ensure course selection aligns with approved degree plans • Collaborate with Financial Aid, Office of Student Information, Registrar, academic advising, faculty, and other departments • Participate in registration and student development activities supporting awareness, retention, and success • Identify and help resolve academic problems and coordinate discipline issues with student services • Meet and ideally exceed team and individual enrollment goals • Use and learn Blackboard, social media, CRM, Microsoft Office, Campus Nexus, True Dialog, HelloSign, and related technologies • Participate in weekly team and floor-wide meetings • Follow applicable higher education enrollment policies, procedures, regulations, and laws • Foster collaboration and respect across Faculty, Associates, and Students • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Veteran/Military experience preferred • Knowledge of Military education programs • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree • Experience in higher education admissions and/or recruiting with a consultative sales approach desired • Prior call center, customer service, and/or sales experience is a plus • Excellent phone, email, and face-to-face communication skills • Superior relationship-building skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and dynamic phone presence • Excellent PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and database software • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize • Flexibility to adapt to a changing and dynamic environment • Must be available to work nights and weekend hours • Reliable Internet connection with minimum 15 Mb download and 5 Mb upload speeds • Must use a wired Ethernet connection; wireless connections are not supported • Designated private home office or alternative workspace free from noise or distractions
