📋 Description

• Customize and configure applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and related front-end technologies • Collaborate with solution architects to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable design solutions • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to peer code reviews • Support client engagements, document technical requirements, and provide training as needed • Perform testing, debugging, and quality control with minimal supervision • Ensure solutions meet security and accessibility standards, including Section 508 • Apply WebEOC development skills to configure and customize emergency management solutions • Work directly with clients to support public safety and emergency response missions

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance • Bachelor's degree required • WebEOC experience required • 5 years of professional experience in web development (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML, XSLT) • Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role • Strong experience writing test cases and troubleshooting complex technical issues • Experience working in Agile Scrum or Kanban environments • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills • Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases • Preferred: Experience working within a customer’s secure remote environment • Preferred: Knowledge of emergency management systems or public sector IT • Preferred: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and automated testing tools • Preferred: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools such as GitLab • Certified WebEOC Administrator, or willingness to obtain certification within 12 months of hire
