• Leads primary qualitative and quantitative research projects, including clarifying market research objectives, designing research methodology, developing questionnaires and discussion guides, programming surveys, analyzing data, and putting together summative reports. • Works closely with internal stakeholders and external research partners to ensure the successful development of the methodology and execution of the fieldwork. • Develops and presents clear storylines with insightful data and provides recommendations by integrating the data with existing team knowledge. • Analyzes available syndicated and secondary research and extracts insights relevant to support and enhance primary research projects. • Identifies common themes throughout all available research data and synthesizes it into actionable insights. • Collaborates and works cross-functionally to drive business results in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience planning and executing qualitative and quantitative market research projects in pharmaceutical, med tech/medical device, or consumer packaged goods organizations. • First-hand experience with integrating brand market research methodologies in support of brand planning and execution plans. • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling stories and influence stakeholders through clear, insight-led recommendations. • Strong analytical skills, including quantitative data analysis and working knowledge of advanced research methods such as conjoint, discrete choice modeling, price elasticity, and segmentation. • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across research deliverables. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional partners while building positive working relationships. • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute projects with appropriate supervision. • Strong command of MS Office software (advanced user of PowerPoint and Excel). • Command of basic statistics theory.
