• Support the sales training and development of high-performance HCP customer facing sales teams. • Design and develop sales training programs tailored to the needs of field sales representatives. • Perform field rides and coach field sales personnel in alignment with district managers. • Establish a platform for ongoing peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and collaboration among sales teams. • Support large scale training initiatives alongside corporate sales training partners when needed.
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience. • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience. • Ability to coach and enhance the skills of new hires, active sales teams, and leadership groups to improve performance. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences. • Willingness to work a flexible schedule which may include evening work, with overnight travel.
