📋 Description
• Provide expert clinical product/technical assistance and training to physicians and their clinical staff on the effective use of Venus Concept’s systems • Manage and strategically prioritize accounts • Educate existing and prospective customers on all Venus Concept products • Drive collaboration and maintain open lines of communication with local team and other partners • Represent Venus Concept by attending trade shows • Assist in managing the clinical support email box • Conduct re-trainings post clinical complaint event • Stay current on industry technologies • Communicate any challenges to Manager
🎯 Requirements
• Academic education shall include RN • LPN • RPN or Aesthetic license • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus • Experience in energy-based medical devices is an advantage • Previous experience working with or training with capital equipment is a plus • Excellent analytical • organizational • and problem-solving skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong time management skills • Computer Proficiency (MS Office/Outlook/SalesForce).
