📋 Description

• Design and build enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • Develop reusable components to accelerate delivery • Integrate Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions with external systems using RESTful APIs, standard connectors, and Azure services • Ensure robust, scalable architectures meeting security and compliance requirements • Use Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI Builder to automate content generation, streamline workflows, and embed intelligent insights • Identify AI and machine-learning opportunities to improve decision-making and productivity • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify automation opportunities • Develop low-code/no-code solutions to replace manual processes and reduce operational overhead • Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using multiple data sources • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and performance optimization • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and product owners and translate needs into technical specifications • Collaborate with IT teams and mentor junior developers • Implement CI/CD pipelines and ALM practices for Power Platform solutions • Manage deployments across environments in alignment with enterprise governance and compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience), plus 3+ years of professional experience developing Microsoft 365 or Power Platform solutions • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 5–8 years related experience, or a Master’s degree and 2–5 years equivalent industry experience, or a PhD and 0–2 years experience • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online, including SPFx customizations • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and Microsoft Graph • Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Microsoft Dataverse • Experience with Microsoft Copilot features and AI Builder; prompt engineering or Azure OpenAI integration is a plus • DevOps experience using Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to engage technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment • Travel required: 0–5%
