📋 Description

• Participate in building quality into products by writing automated tests and performing ad hoc testing throughout the development cycle • Participate in developing software requirements and design specifications • Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test scripts for Dexcom CGM software and systems • Create verification and validation test plans, test reports, and traceability matrices • Review test documentation with relevant stakeholders • Record and track issues in the bug tracking system • Analyze failures and collaborate with development teams to investigate root causes • Contribute to release process improvements • Collaborate cross functionally on testing, deployment, and reporting product performance, quality, security, and stability

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in software development or software test development using Python or other OOP languages • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases • Experience with automated test development in API testing • Experience with automated testing frameworks, including Robot framework • Strong understanding of API Testing, microservices, and distributed systems in cloud environments • Experience with automated UI testing • Experience working in cloud applications like Google Cloud or AWS • Experience with containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes • Medical device industry experience and experience working with FDA design control process highly desired • Knowledge of GCP with Airflow, Dataflow, BigQuery is a plus • Knowledge of distributed event streaming platforms like Kafka is a plus • Experience with performance testing is a plus • CI/CD experience, especially using cloud-based technologies • Five or more years of Agile development and test development experience • Ability to work cross functionally with software development teams • Self-starter able to work with minimal guidance • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 0-2 years related experience • Ability to travel 15-25%
