• Process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and organizational changes • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation within Dayforce • Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR processes, benefits, and employment information • Administer benefits enrolments, changes, and terminations • Support payroll timelines by ensuring HR transactions are processed accurately and on schedule • Generate reports, perform audits, and validate employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance • Assist with Dayforce workflows, user access requests, and system troubleshooting • Prepare employment letters and support HR Business Partners and HR leaders with administrative activities • Create and maintain HR process documentation, user guides, and training materials • Support HR projects, process improvements, and other team initiatives as required
• A university or college education in Human Resources Management or a related field • 1 to 3 years of experience supporting HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, or customer-facing business operations • Strong customer service mindset and genuine desire to help employees and business leaders • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems, processes, and technology quickly • Experience working with HRIS platforms, databases, or other business systems • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to work confidently with reports, data, and spreadsheets • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • A proactive, team-first approach and willingness to jump in wherever support is needed • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment • Experience supporting unionized and non-unionized employee groups is considered an asset • CHRP designation or progress toward designation is considered an asset • Dayforce experience is considered an asset
