• Maintain labour relations databases, records, collective agreements, templates and reference materials • Support collective bargaining preparation through research, data gathering, wage analysis, benchmarking and reporting • Track collective agreement expiries, bargaining activities and key labour relations milestones • Coordinate and maintain grievance, arbitration, labour board and legal files, including documentation, timelines and follow-up activities • Prepare labour relations reports, dashboards, metrics and trend analysis • Support administration of Dexterra's Union-Free Policy, audits, risk assessments and corrective action tracking • Assist with implementation of new labour and employee relations policies, processes and programs • Develop practical resources including toolkits, guides, FAQs, training materials and communications • Partner with Labour Relations, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and Operations to support projects and organizational initiatives
• 2-4 years of practical experience in labour relations, employee relations, human resources or a related field • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline • Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail • Advanced ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders • Strong Excel, reporting and data management skills, with confidence working across various systems and databases • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to translate information into clear, practical resources • Sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential employee, labour relations and legal information • A collaborative, service-oriented approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves to support the team where needed • Experience supporting labour relations activities, legal files, investigations or collective bargaining processes • Familiarity with U.S. labour relations legislation
