📋 Description

• Review technician notes and pictures after each work order for accuracy and completeness • Schedule vendor meetings and coordinate service activities • Order necessary parts and materials for work orders • Prepare and deliver customer quotes in a timely manner • Update work orders in customer portals with accurate information and status updates • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and manage customer relationships and inquiries • Collaborate with internal teams to execute account requirements • Track work order progress and escalate issues as needed to maintain service standards

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or operations coordination • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with customer portals or CRM systems • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities • Experience in service coordination or technical account management preferred • Prior experience with CCTV systems, security cameras, or video surveillance services strongly preferred • Knowledge of vendor management and parts ordering processes • Familiarity with quoting and invoicing procedures • Experience coordinating technical service work orders, troubleshooting service issues, or working with field technicians is a plus
