📋 Description

• Lead the architectural design and execution of consolidating disparate customer identity platforms into a single target CIAM solution • Partner with product, marketing, and business units to co-own the identity roadmap • Connect identity data to business intelligence to help drive sales while balancing security and customer friction • Own day-to-day user account lifecycle operations, including login flows, MFA, password resets, account recovery, patching, health checks, and feature rollouts • Develop and maintain API connections and microservices linking CIAM to loyalty programs, CRMs, and marketing technology stacks • Collaborate on or directly support mobile user-interface development for frictionless authentication • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure platform resilience and observability • Respond to customer identity security incidents, including credential stuffing, bot mitigation, fraud trends, and vulnerabilities • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and assessments covering platform health, migration velocity, and fraud metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience successfully executing a full-scale CIAM platform migration from start to finish • Advanced expertise in session token management, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and API-driven architecture • Hands-on experience with major CIAM solutions such as Auth0, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, and AWS Cognito • Strong coding background, preferably focused on microservices and integrations within complex customer ecosystems • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Experience developing or heavily influencing mobile application user interfaces, especially login and onboarding journeys • Experience navigating customer-facing challenges and translating technical risks into business impact • Ability to analyze fraud metrics and balance security with conversion rates and sales • Experience collaborating with customer care teams to optimize support and provide self-service resolution scenarios • Experience with JIT user provisioning or migration techniques • Understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, user consent, and customer profile database consolidation • Familiarity with passwordless authentication, FIDO2, and Passkeys • Experience managing high-volume identity platforms during seasonal traffic spikes • Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews • AI tools are not permitted during any part of the interview process • Offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background check, which may include ID verification
