📋 Description

• Define the enterprise systems vision for Finance, HR, and Real Estate domains • Ensure corporate platforms support broader organizational needs • Lead the corporate systems roadmap and set functional-domain priorities • Deliver platforms, tools, and integrations for Accounting & Finance, People Operations, Payroll, Workforce Management, Real Estate, Store Development, and Foundational Technology • Lead the Corporate Systems team and partner with Engineering, Executive Management, and business stakeholders • Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, and simplification • Resolve system gaps, process inefficiencies, and operational business challenges • Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, feature prioritization, and customer and business outcomes • Provide executive reporting, improve metrics, hit revenue goals, and maximize return on investment • Manage multimillion-dollar budgets, forecasting, business cases, vendor selection, and staff expansion • Lead data and analytics roadmap development and execution • Oversee data governance and data lifecycle management • Manage user stories and prioritize, groom, refine, and deliver the backlog • Align business stakeholders, Engineering, Program, and Portfolio teams for on-time, on-budget delivery • Participate in standups, planning sessions, demos, and retrospectives • Formulate hypotheses for A/B testing, prototyping, and research • Manage, select, and oversee third-party vendor partners, including business reviews, SLAs, RFPs, contracts, and budgets • Influence organizational change and challenge the status quo • Evangelize team services and roadmap and communicate complex technical concepts plainly • Partner with business and technology stakeholders on consumer- and associate-facing Commerce experiences • Manage stakeholder expectations and educate requestors on prioritization, ROI, and roadmap • Lead Product Managers, Designers, and Analysts, including goal-setting, guidance, and mentorship

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 7–10 years experience • 7+ years of Product leadership, with preference of product management or digital strategy within large cross functional retail environments • Strong communication and partnership skills • Ability to influence designers, developers, stakeholders, and executives • Experience with data and analytics strategy and execution • Experience managing multimillion-dollar capital and professional services budgets • Experience with vendor selection, contracts, SLAs, RFPs, and budgets • Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews • AI tools are not permitted during any part of the interview process • Satisfactory background check, which may include ID verification
