📋 Description

• Balance user batches and cash reconciliation posting reports with bank balances • Perform data entry and investigate, identify, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner • Scan and upload checks for posting • Upload daily bank deposits • Deposit onsite payments via bank web portal • Report issues to the Supervisor as needed • Answer general questions from staff • Answer RCM questions relating to discrepancies • Update accounts, batches, and the cash reconciliation system with accurate information

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Epic payment posting and batch look ups, preferred but not required • Organizational, written, and oral communication skills • Knowledge of tracking and using resources to identify and resolve discrepancies • Ability to focus and pay close attention to detail • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Good mathematical skills • Good time management skills to meet end-of-month balancing deadlines • Understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel • Proficient computer skills, including accurate data entry in Microsoft Excel and documentation and communication through Microsoft Outlook • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
