📋 Description

• Develop and execute technical enablement strategy aligned with business objectives and go-to-market strategies • Maintain a published annual roadmap and priorities • Build customer-facing technical team confidence in demos, objection handling, and product value communication • Design, implement, and scale onboarding and continuous learning programs for Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, Support, and other technical teams • Oversee technical training materials, product deep-dives, playbooks, competitive guides, demos, hands-on labs, eLearning modules, launch kits, and certifications • Lead or support bootcamps, certifications, product training, and technical workshops • Own external enablement for customers and partners, including online content, live workshops, and certification programs • Build and run enablement operating systems, including request intake, training registration, and a centralized knowledge hub • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner Operations, Professional Services Marketing, Support Enablement, Sales Enablement, and Learning & Development • Coordinate enablement for product releases and ensure internal teams are trained on new features, value propositions, and technical nuances • Monitor product roadmaps, industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technical enablement best practices • Lead, coach, and develop program managers and technical trainers; set goals and review performance • Foster continuous learning through weekly technical updates, office hours, and 30/60/90-day reinforcement • Track and analyze enablement effectiveness using KPIs including ramp time, certification completion, productivity, customer consumption, feedback scores, enrollment and completion rates, demo scores, and time-to-competency

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field • 5+ years in Enablement, Instructional Learning, or Instructional Design • 8+ years working in a technical field, preferably in computer security • Ability to translate technical features into business value • Skill in creating clear, structured enablement content, including playbooks, how-to guides, technical briefs, and FAQs • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management tools such as Confluence • Experience with work-intake and partner-portal tools such as Jira Service Desk and Impartner • Working knowledge of Sales productivity tools • Ability to track and report KPIs such as ramp time, certification completion, sales readiness, and customer consumption • Experience using or creating interactive demos and product sandboxes, including CloudShare • Experience developing blended learning programs, including e-learning, live workshops, and certifications • Ability to discuss APIs, cloud infrastructure, integrations, security, and architecture at a high level • Experience building AI-enabled workflows or agents, such as Atlassian Rovo or ChatGPT • Self-motivated leadership with direct team management and cross-organizational leadership • Technical, organized, and analytical approach with creative problem-solving ability • Passion for continuous learning and applying innovative solutions • Situational awareness and business acumen • Strong project management skills • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
