📋 Description

• Own and evolve system architecture across our platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability • Partner closely with engineering and product teams to design systems that balance speed of delivery with long-term flexibility • Lead high-impact technical decisions, including trade-offs across performance, cost, and complexity • Translate ambiguous business or product needs into clear technical approaches and system designs • Identify architectural gaps, technical debt, and scaling bottlenecks, and drive solutions proactively • Act as a technical mentor and thought partner across teams • Explore, evaluate, and apply AI tools, frameworks, and workflows to improve both our product and internal development velocity • Stay current with advancements in AI development and help the team adopt them pragmatically • Contribute to building a culture of curiosity and experimentation around AI across the organization • Adopt and drive an AI-first approach to software development cycle, design principals and product capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years of software engineering experience, with deep experience in system design and architecture • Proven track record designing and evolving distributed or scalable systems • Broad experience in AWS cloud architecture, with the ability to design and implement complex data plane and control plane systems • Comfortable going deep technically while influencing broadly • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems clearly • Experience with data pipelines, highly scalable systems, cloud native architectures and services • Experience in Cyber Security is a bonus
