📋 Description

• Serve as the integration point person for assigned customers • Manage execution of interfaces between customer EHR systems and the LumineticsCore™ product • Design, build, test, and provide ongoing support for integrations • Work across multiple domains to drive results and mutual success for customers and Digital Diagnostics • Create and maintain client interfaces using HL7, JSON, and XML in the Mirth interface engine • Work directly with clients on new interface builds and existing interface modifications • Adapt to challenges, identify paths forward, and coordinate solution execution • Manage deliverables under challenging technical and timeline requirements • Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with product management and engineering to incorporate customer feedback and enhancements into the product roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years supporting interfaces in a healthcare environment • Ability to work on multiple, moderate to highly complex assignments simultaneously • Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and DICOM interface standards • Experience with EHRs such as Epic, Cerner, Athena, and eClinicalWorks • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to fill a range of roles as needed, including a willingness to learn new things • Must be located in the United States • Employer is unable to sponsor an immigration case for employment
