📋 Description

• Assist with R&D and algorithmic development efforts • Participate in developing novel machine learning and computer vision algorithms for medical device products • Design efficient experiments to analyze algorithm performance, report results, and help determine future algorithmic enhancements • Iterate and improve existing models • Contribute to R&D infrastructure • Participate in problem-solving discussions • Perform code reviews • Participate in continuous learning of new technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Required Ph.D. in a technical field, or MS in a technical field with 2+ years of industry experience, or 5+ years of industry experience • Experience with a major machine learning framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch • Experience training deep learning models for computer vision tasks • Python or C++ experience • Image processing experience such as OpenCV or ITK • Preferred: Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills • Preferred: Experience with ML training platforms like SageMaker or ZenML • Preferred: Strong programming skillset • Preferred: Experience with databases • Preferred: Specific expertise in medical image analysis, algorithm design, segmentation, object detection, or computer vision • Preferred: Knowledge of the medical device/software development industry • Interest in medical devices and creating products that impact patients • Strong team player • Ability to take ownership of projects • Must be located in the United States • Digital Diagnostics is unable to sponsor an immigration case for employment
