📋 Description

• Builds campaign timelines and schedule of deliverables to be shared internally, then once approved internally, with the client • Ensures that all internal stakeholders approve creative • Communicates all internal and external feedback through Airtable • Ensures all deliverables meet company standards through QA • Ensures all creative assets follow campaign-specific aesthetics/branding guidelines • Actively reviews project management software to ensure tasks are completed, quality checked, and closed out • Provides accurate estimates for projects • Collaborates with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives • Participates in client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of project management

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities effectively • Experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environment • Proficiency in project management software • Experience with Airtable, Slack, and Google sheets is a plus
