📋 Description

• Partner directly with the CEO and CSO to plan, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives • Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects, with a strong focus on sales and marketing initiatives • Support pipeline development efforts, including lead generation campaigns and outbound strategies • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive alignment on go-to-market initiatives • Track progress of key projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met • Maintain and optimize workflows within Salesforce CRM and Apollo.io (Apollo AI) to support sales and marketing activities • Analyze performance metrics across campaigns and pipeline initiatives, providing actionable insights • Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency across cross-functional teams • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • 3–5+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with hands-on exposure to campaigns, lead generation, or pipeline management • English C1–C2 Advanced Proficiency required. • Strong experience using Apollo.io (Apollo AI) and Salesforce CRM. • Must have experience and skills in AI tools and technology • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Experience working closely with senior leadership or executive teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with superior follow-up and follow-through on projects or requests for information • Must be an expert in Microsoft Office, including Excel & PowerPoint, Google Suite, and SharePoint.
