📋 Description
• Lead the design, implementation, and management of global benefits programs • Perform utilization and cost analyses to manage healthcare spend • Partner with international brokers for competitive renewals • Optimize global leave of absence management • Lead global open enrollment strategies and campaigns • Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, and Finance teams for compliance
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of progressive benefits experience within global tech companies • Expertise in US, Canada, Europe, India, and Pakistan benefits • Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar benefits budgets • Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets • Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation preferred • Hands-on experience with Workday Benefits preferred
