📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations to ensure flawless execution and a seamless participant experience • Design, implement, and automate stock plan workflows across multi-system environments to maximize efficiency • Architect a rigid internal control framework and drive comprehensive equity reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance • Partner strategically with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Tax to support Section 16 filings and resolve complex data anomalies • Navigate global regulatory updates and tax mobility frameworks to ensure international compliance and mitigate tax risks • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to prepare Compensation Committee materials and proxy equity tables • Develop and execute scalable employee equity education programs to maximize perceived value of Total Rewards

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex equity and ESPP programs at a global, fast-scaling, publicly-traded tech company • Hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation are strongly preferred • Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex logic formulas, xlookup/vlookup) • Proven track record of breaking down complex, ambiguous data issues across multi-system environments and engineering scalable, automated compliance solutions • High relational intelligence to communicate intricate financial narratives simply and build cross-departmental alignment • Proactive, continuous-improvement mentality with dedication to leaving processes better than you found them
