📋 Description

• Maintain and support global IT infrastructure to ensure system availability, reliability, and operational stability • Administer and support Microsoft Windows, Azure, VMware, AWS, and hybrid infrastructure environments • Monitor infrastructure health and troubleshoot performance, availability, and capacity issues • Manage backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and business continuity • Support infrastructure lifecycle management, including operating system updates, patching, and hardware refreshes • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards, including vulnerability management, antivirus controls, and operating system updates • Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediate findings within established service level agreements (SLAs) • Implement and maintain infrastructure management, monitoring, and automation tools • Support infrastructure projects, audits, and business initiatives by providing system administration expertise • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation and support critical incidents as needed • Report to the Manager, IT System Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure in a professional environment • Experience administering Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and Azure • Knowledge of VMware virtualized environments and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS • Experience supporting storage technologies, including SAN infrastructure • Understanding of infrastructure security, patch management, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements • Experience working in international and multi-vendor environments • Microsoft certification preferred • VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification is a plus • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated attention to detail, critical thinking, proactive mindset, and commitment to quality • Participation in an after-hours on-call rotation
