Kairos Power is a mission-driven engineering company focused on delivering clean, affordable, and safe energy through advanced reactor technology. The company specializes in the integrated design, licensing, and demonstration of a fluoride salt-cooled high temperature reactor, known as KP-FHR, which aims to be cost-competitive with natural gas and offers a path to a clean energy system with a near zero carbon footprint. With a focus on innovative engineering and a mission to improve quality of life while protecting the environment, Kairos Power's advanced reactor technology is designed for high availability, performance, and safety, featuring accident-resistant fuel and low-pressure coolant. The technology supports grid resiliency and security by providing dispatchable power, reducing maintenance and lifecycle costs, and enhancing the integration with renewable energy sources.
