📋 Description

• Manage proactive patient communication across phone, SMS, and email channels • Facilitate specialized initiatives such as DM Max, Nuvella, reputation management, and revenue cycle support • Cultivate trust and provide expert education while maintaining a premium service standard • Precisely log all contact points and necessary follow-up tasks • Operate flexibly in a cross-functional role within the broader Customer Experience department • Engage in professional mentorship, skill-building, and operational refinement efforts • Support various team objectives, pilot programs, and strategic tasks through cross-training • Inform, connect with, and support patients while delivering a concierge-level experience

🎯 Requirements

• Proven history in service-oriented roles • Outbound or sales experience is advantageous • Background in clinical care, lifestyle coaching, dietetics, fitness, or similar patient-centric fields is preferred • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant asset • Superior interpersonal skills • Executive presence • Ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment • Optimistic outlook • Strong emotional awareness • Sincere commitment to patient success • Availability for occasional Saturday shifts • Readiness to provide adaptable coverage during peak periods and major project rollouts
