📋 Description
• Process cases submitted by providers for enrollment into the program • Review and process provider requests to update their information • Communicate with providers through email and internal software systems, with occasional phone communication as needed • Collaborate with team members to move provider requests through processing and quality assurance reviews • Deliver exceptional customer service internally, to providers, and to clients
🎯 Requirements
• Customer service experience is preferred, but not required • A background in credentialing is considered a plus, but is not required • Experience working with provider offices or healthcare institutions is highly desirable, but not required • Kindness, empathy, collaboration, and teamwork are essential • Ability to work scheduled shifts between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST • Ability to work either four 10-hour shifts or an 8-hour shift within operating hours
