📋 Description

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and lead opportunities • Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend the right coverage • Build long-term relationships through proactive follow-up and exceptional customer service • Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals • Maintain accurate customer records and stay current on insurance products and industry changes

🎯 Requirements

• Active GA Property & Casualty insurance license required • Previous insurance sales experience preferred • Life license is a plus, but not required • Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills • Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
