📋 Description

• Respond digitally via chat or phone to guest enquiries and concerns • Provide guest support before arrival, during check-in, throughout the stay, and after check-out • Assess issues quickly and find practical, solution-oriented resolutions • Maintain knowledge of apartments, locations, services, and processes • Participate in training and help maintain and improve guest service standards • Coordinate with Guest Service Supervisors on complex matters • Serve as the first point of contact and provide digital care throughout the guest journey

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be based outside the European Union • Experience in customer support, hospitality, tourism, or a comparable service environment • Vocational qualification in tourism or hospitality is an advantage • Fluent English at C1 level, written and spoken • Very good German language skills at B2 level or higher, written and spoken • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Experience with booking platforms or property management systems such as Apaleo and/or Guesty is an advantage • Comfortable using software and digital solutions and learning new systems, tools, and processes • Enthusiastic about using AI to improve efficiency and service quality • Ability to work different times of day and occasional weekend shifts • Structured organisation and ability to coordinate multiple enquiries and tasks • Clear and confident communication with diverse personalities and situations
