📋 Description

• Manage operational activities supporting DIRECTV video Commercial lines of business • Provide production support for projects and strategic initiatives impacting the Commercial business • Handle reporting, specialty billing, manual process oversight, and production issue resolution • Support launch of key initiatives through Application User Acceptance Testing and Post Production Validation • Support strategic initiatives to maximize day-to-day operations, integration, and performance • Communicate timelines, deliverables, roadblocks, and success factors to senior management and stakeholders • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with enterprise teams • Implement scalable operational solutions and manual workarounds across sales channels • Conduct best-practice reviews and identify improvement opportunities • Analyze workflow bottlenecks and streamline processes through policies, procedures, and system enhancements • Maintain SOPs, fact sheets, Tech State documentation, and ASANA tools • Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Operations Project Management, IT, Customer Service, Legal, Dealer Compensation, Finance, and other cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 3–5 years of relevant experience required; 5+ years desired • Proven analytical skills and experience managing operational support for strategic projects and programs • Strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills • Ability to operate effectively within diverse and cross-functional groups • Flexibility and ability to accommodate change • Leadership qualities, including meeting facilitation, time management, organizational skills, and ability to influence others • Ability to analyze complex issues and design appropriate solutions • Excellent communication skills with all levels of senior management • Expertise in standard MS Office applications, especially Excel and Access • May require a background check due to routine access to proprietary data • Ability to travel 5–10%
