📋 Description

• Support DIRECTV for Business channel strategic initiatives to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and meet financial and operating objectives • Deliver projects involving system and capabilities implementation, new product launches, and complex solution delivery across the Commercial line of business • Manage 2–3 medium- to large-scale projects simultaneously • Coordinate Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Service, Home Services, Supply Chain, Legal, and third-party partners • Identify and manage cross-functional inputs, action items, issues, risks, and deliverables • Document current and future-state business processes and recommend and implement enhancements • Gather and document business requirements and develop process flows • Support project launches through smoke testing, launch calls, production issue resolution, go/no-go checklists, and contingency planning • Confirm technical requirements drafted by IT and participate in systems discussions • Develop and maintain project documentation, including business rules, requirements, agendas, minutes, action items, and project plans • Perform and coordinate user acceptance testing with internal business teams and external partners • Document and execute test cases and manage defects • Provide management updates on progress, risks, issues, and mitigation recommendations • Present project readouts to senior leadership when required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, sales operations, or related areas • Experience implementing medium- to large-scale, heavily IT-centric projects • Experience working with and implementing products/engineering initiatives desired • Strong qualitative, quantitative, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to learn the business and become a subject matter expert for cross-functional teams • Experience documenting business requirements, UAT test plans, and UAT test cases • Experience executing test cases and managing defects • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Legal, Accounting, Sales, Dealer Compensation, IT, and Customer Care • Ability to analyze complex issues and design appropriate solutions • Leadership, meeting facilitation, time management, organizational, influencing, and negotiation skills • Ability to synthesize information and develop creative solutions • Demonstrated success managing matrix teams and working with business and technical managers • Ability to manage a heavy workload, accommodate change, and adapt accordingly • Experience delivering results in a fast-moving, challenging environment • Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor communication to the audience • Public speaking and presentation experience • Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications • Ability to travel approximately 10% depending on project assignment • May be required to undergo a background check due to routine access to DIRECTV and customer proprietary data • Must be eligible to work in the United States, with Alaska excluded as a work location
