📋 Description

• Lead integration projects from initiation through deployment, stabilization, and closure • Manage complex enterprise-level implementations across multiple platforms and teams • Define scope, requirements, milestones, timelines, dependencies, governance, escalation paths, decision processes, and change controls • Develop project plans and maintain status updates, risk and issue logs, action items, and performance tracking • Identify and resolve dependencies, delivery challenges, risks, and cross-functional blockers • Balance resources across multiple concurrent projects and resolve competing priorities • Drive alignment with integration standards, patterns, and delivery timelines • Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and changes to stakeholders • Facilitate kickoff, status, escalation, and steering meetings • Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and coordinate data mapping between ATS platforms and DISA systems • Partner with Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Implementation, and Account Management • Facilitate technical delivery, document decisions, and oversee development, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment • Lead end-to-end testing, defect tracking, client validation, and launch readiness confirmation • Serve as the primary client contact and build trusted client relationships • Conduct post-launch reviews and drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, documentation, and standardization • Mentor team members and contribute templates, checklists, requirements documentation, and integration playbooks • Support standardized ATS integration implementations and ensure documentation is complete before project closure • Travel to partner and client meetings, integration discovery, implementation activities, industry conferences, and related business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • 7+ years of experience managing technical projects, software implementations, integrations, or similar technology initiatives • Experience leading complex, client-facing technology or integration projects • Experience with project governance, change control, risk management, and executive reporting • Experience managing projects involving APIs, system integrations, SaaS platforms, or data exchange • Strong understanding of software development and implementation lifecycles • Strong project planning, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills • Experience managing external clients and multiple internal stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify gaps, dependencies, and risks • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST • Regular travel averaging approximately 25% based on business needs • Ability to perform the stated physical requirements, including sitting up to 8 hours per day and occasionally lifting up to 15 lbs.
