📋 Description

• Provide therapeutic treatment through facilitating scheduled groups • Document group sessions in the EMR • Collaborate with the Clinical Director, Program Director, and other professional staff to develop comprehensive therapy, evaluation, and treatment programs • Deliver appropriate topics to scheduled groups • Complete group notes immediately after leading each group • Document all services provided in clients' medical records • Participate periodically in staff meetings • Provide training regarding therapeutic services and mental health topics • Perform other duties assigned by the Clinical Director, including meeting with clients individually for support

🎯 Requirements

• Maintain all applicable licenses and certification requirements and meet facility or regulatory entity licensing, certification, or credentialing requirements • Knowledge of company policies and procedures, DMHAS standards and regulations, and Joint Commission standards and regulations • Maintain accurate and timely client charting in compliance with clinical guidelines • Bachelor's degree, preferred • Experience working in behavioral healthcare, preferred
