📋 Description
• Handle inbound calls and emails in both French and English • Give quotes to prospective clients • Schedule and coordinate crews/dispatch • Process payments • Manage rebooking and follow-up with clients • Use Quo for phone and Zoho CRM for client/job tracking
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent French and clear, neutral English • Strong customer service instincts — empathetic but resilient, able to think on your feet with emotionally varied callers • Experience handling incoming phone calls • Comfortable working with CRM and phone systems • Background in customer service, dispatching, or logistics is a plus — not required • Quo and Zoho CRM experience is a plus, but not required to start
