📋 Description

• Conduct child wellness checks and sponsor interviews • Verify addresses and residency information • Complete detailed reports and documentation • Identify and report concerns related to abuse, neglect, trafficking, or other safety risks • Follow established protocols and quality standards • Support investigations involving vulnerable children and families • Coordinate with local authorities or emergency services when immediate safety concerns are identified • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately • Travel extensively across the United States as assigned • Work independently in a field-based role involving sensitive situations • Complete frequent nationwide travel assignments, potentially up to 40–49 weeks annually

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in emotionally sensitive situations • Excellent documentation and report-writing abilities • Strong judgment and decision-making skills • Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States • Willingness to complete required employment and background screening processes • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required • Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to meet applicable federal program requirements • Spanish language skills are a plus but are not required • Experience working with children, families, or vulnerable populations • Prior investigative or field-based experience • Background in public safety, military, social services, or case management
