📋 Description
• Own Ditto's partner motion and sustain active partner relationships • Review and refine the FY27 partner plan • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline • Evaluate partner technical fit and lead partner architecture conversations • Design and launch partner certification program • Own partnership program operations and tooling stack • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
🎯 Requirements
• Technical fluency to evaluate partner technical fit • Strategic conviction with a blank-page mindset • Cross-functional execution experience • Operating discipline to run solo through a function rebuild • Commercial structuring exposure in revenue share, marketplace mechanics, etc. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to travel for partner engagements • Based in one of Ditto's designated key talent hubs
