📋 Description

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for AI / GPU-enabled capabilities across CoreSuite and MOSA.ic AI. • Translate market needs, customer requirements, and competitive landscape into clear product strategy and priorities. • Drive alignment between product, architecture, and go-to-market teams. • Engage directly with customers and partners to understand use cases, pain points, and deployment challenges. • Partner closely with engineering and architecture to shape product capabilities and trade-offs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, systems architecture, or a related technical leadership role • Strong background in embedded systems, real-time operating systems, AI / GPU/accelerated computing, or similar domains • Experience in safety-critical or regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, automotive etc. • Proven experience driving product strategy and roadmap for complex, technical products • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customers • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product direction • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
