📋 Description

• Make 100 outbound calls a day on at least 19 of 21 working days • Book and hold follow-up meetings with distributor buyers and move them to a full pitch • Open new distributor accounts that place orders and get products into stores • Get stores carrying the product to add a second product • Log every account, contact and meeting in the sales system • Sell only at published pricing, only into permitted states, and with no health or benefit claims • Performance measured by daily calls, distributor-buyer meetings, new stores carrying the product, stores carrying two or more products, and revenue collected from opened distributors • Complete a real-work task as part of the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally selling to distributors, wholesalers or retailers • Comfortable making 100 outbound calls a day • Able to book meetings with buyers and move them to a pitch • Organized and consistent about logging activity in a CRM • Able to follow pricing and compliance rules without exception • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. • AI literacy and active exploration and application of AI tools expected
