📋 Description

• Strategically lead the Inside Sales Team • Oversee daily Inside Sales Team activities and support escalations • Coach team members through regular coaching sessions and 1:1s toward weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute quarterly call campaigns • Coordinate budgets and organize and implement sales strategies • Develop new product scripts and advanced qualifying questions for call campaigns • Maintain and develop Inside Sales processes, lead generation, and quarterly project planning • Develop and publish weekly/monthly performance dashboard reports using CRM activity details and call metrics • Prepare and present quarterly analyses to Senior Management on bookings, lead generation, meetings, and quote opportunities • Create monthly project summaries for stakeholders, including project overview, dates, sites to call, and evaluation metrics • Influence internal and external stakeholders to remove obstacles and support team goal achievement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required • 2+ years of inside sales management experience • 2+ years of sales experience • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Proficiency with Sales Automation tools • Sales coaching and strong relationship-building skills • Excellent oral communication/interpersonal skills • Ability to develop and grow customer relationships to secure future and recurring business • Ability to drive sales growth and achieve team goals
