📋 Description

• Professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding homeowner inquiries • Record detailed notes for each homeowner interaction proficiently and accurately • Qualify incoming leads while generating interest in products and services • Schedule in-home sales consultant appointments and collaborate with the team as needed • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism • Identify, engage, and create opportunities with prospective homeowners across multiple markets • Maximize conversion of incoming calls, leads, and inquiries into scheduled appointments

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent • At least 1yr of Sales & Marketing Experience • At least 1yr of Customer Service & Professional Phone Etiquette Experience • Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Appointment Setting Industry is a Plus • Must have reliable transportation • Must be comfortable utilizing dual computer screens • Must be proficient with computers and able to type at least thirty words per minute • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check • This Company Participates in E-Verify
