📋 Description

• Prepare quotes for replacement parts, service agreements, maintenance contracts, and renewals • Follow up with customers on open proposals and sales opportunities • Use the customer database to identify opportunities for spare parts and services • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers • Close sales opportunities and coordinate payment processing • Work toward established monthly sales goals • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information • Track quotes and sales activity for monthly reporting • Develop a strong understanding of Munters products and services • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience • Support special projects and team initiatives as needed • Connect with customers across the country and contribute to parts, service, and maintenance contract sales

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • At least two years of sales or customer-facing experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Professional and customer-focused phone etiquette • Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfort working with Microsoft Word and Excel • Ability to learn customer relationship management, quoting, and business systems such as Astea and Glovia • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across departments • Self-motivation and ability to work with limited supervision • Ability to work in a sedentary, computer-based position with extended sitting and regular computer and telephone use • Successful completion of applicable pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug test, may be required
