📋 Description

• Own the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of Broadcast projects throughout their lifecycle • Oversee project management functions for Broadcast projects, budgets, and scopes • Act as the responsible owner with direct control over project activities • Manage project communications, schedules, task lists, consulting-team deliverables, and project completion • Complete consulting projects on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction • Improve established Diversified processes • Serve as the primary client interface and develop long-term client relationships • Manage client expectations, communications, and satisfaction • Provide project leadership, ownership, communication, and follow-up within Diversified • Coordinate stakeholders, delegate responsibilities, and run client and internal project meetings • Support team members and ensure frequent stakeholder communication • Resolve destructive conflict • Design, plan, and coordinate work teams for Media and Entertainment consulting projects • Establish and maintain communication with account executives, directors, consultants, subject matter experts, and clients • Develop and communicate project updates • Monitor labor budgets and project cost, timing, and staffing • Provide or direct technical and administrative support to project team members • Develop and maintain project schedules • Coordinate deliverable documentation and facilitate document reviews • Provide punch lists of remaining tasks after substantial completion • Contract with contractors when necessary • Ensure quality and continuous improvement • Coordinate project transitions to later-phase project teams • Manage and report project financials, budget performance, profitability, and client billings • Communicate decision options to stakeholders and manage project decisions • Conduct or support client-site safety activities, including PPE compliance, hazard resolution, incident investigations, safety walk-throughs, and safety paperwork

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a project manager in media technology projects, especially in consulting • 5+ years of experience managing complex broadcast infrastructures/projects ($10–30M), matrix managing more than 6 professionals, and fiscal management of more than $1M in assigned annual budgets • Knowledge of broadcast operations and technologies • Comfort with hardware- and software-based solutions • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Supervisory and people skills • Ability to manage design/build projects for the Media business unit • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical, political, and people-related problems • Knowledge of broadcast technology, equipment, facilities, and production systems • Experience with high-definition, UHD, and HDR video systems using analog, SDI, and SMPTE 2110 IP transport protocols • Understanding of TCP/IP routing, ACLs, QoS, VLANs, and wireless access points • Proven track record of successfully completing engineering projects • Understanding of project phases including Program, Conceptualization, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction, and Commissioning • Demonstrable understanding of consulting processes including discovery, business analysis, gap analysis, workflow documentation, conceptual system diagrams, roadmaps, presentations, and written narratives • Awareness of systems integration, architectural drawings, and construction drawings and specifications • Detailed-oriented, independent self-starter • Exceptional time management and deadline management • High-level problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills • Valid driver's license in the employee's state of residence • SPMP certification from the Project Management Institute is desired • Certified Scrum Master certification and other relevant certifications may be required or preferred based on the technology focus
