📋 Description

• Develop new accounts and maintain existing accounts in the Vermont market • Help develop and maintain a census for Divided Sky's Residential Recovery Program • Build, activate, and expand referral relationships as the face of Divided Sky in the market • Liaise between Divided Sky and referral partners, including assessing account needs and resolving problems • Schedule and host on-site tours for the Vermont referral community • Represent Divided Sky at conferences, recovery events, community events, committees, and similar activities • Identify partnership opportunities and build awareness of the Divided Sky recovery model • Document meeting activity in the CRM database • Manage a territory strategically while maintaining market visibility • Travel throughout Vermont and manage an independent schedule • Perform other assigned duties • Report to the Director of Business Development

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of related experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience • Strong knowledge of 12-step, abstinence-based recovery within the Vermont recovery landscape • Strong understanding of the Vermont recovery landscape required • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Organized and creatively persistent in identifying new partnership opportunities • Ability to read and interpret documents • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram-form instructions using common-sense understanding • Flexibility in relation to department needs • Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as needed • Ability to manage a strategic territory while maintaining strong market visibility • Ability to maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records • Driver's license and reliable transportation required • Ability to travel throughout Vermont year-round • Ability to tolerate indoor and outdoor work in all seasons • Ability to drive a motor vehicle for extended periods and operate it safely in varying weather conditions • Ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds frequently and carry up to 25 pounds while driving-related duties are performed • Adequate vision and hearing for safe driving, with or without corrective aids • Resume and cover letter required for application
