📋 Description

• Support MEP Engineers, BIM Managers and Project Managers by coordinating across various groups • Produce Revit MEP documents for small and large-scale mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection projects • Model and annotate Revit MEP drawings under an Engineer’s and BIM Manager’s supervision • Use Revit MEP to complete drawings and visual aids • Collect data and other information for construction documents • Work as part of the engineering team and interact closely with the project management team • Assist in resolving visibility, data and graphic issues in Revit • Publish, package and consume models on BIM 360 / ACC • Export CAD, NWC and PDFs from models • Prepare project progress reports for internal and external stakeholders • Manage personal hours using company tools • Complete assigned tasks and deliverables on time and on budget

🎯 Requirements

• Interest in engineering design principles and MEP production • Awareness of modeling and annotating duct systems, electrical, plumbing and piping layouts and design • Skilled in troubleshooting visibility and graphic issues in Revit • Skilled in using Revit MEP • Skilled in administration of BIM 360 / ACC projects • Skilled at and/or willingness to learn MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) • Exceptional organizational skills for file management • Ability to complete assignments accurately and with attention to detail • Ability to work successfully in a remote environment through effective communication, organization, self-motivation, proactiveness and resourcefulness in a distraction-free workspace • Ability to work with engineers, designers and drafters as part of a design team • Ability to work with engineers to incorporate MEP design into Revit • Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and optimize operational processes • Interest in and willingness to learn all parts of engineering contract documents • Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form • Ability to work successfully as a team member and independently with moderate supervision • Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Completion of an approved Revit / Modeling Certification Process / Schooling or three years of experience producing MEP construction documents using Revit • Ability to travel up to 10%, including potentially any or all 50 US states • Must be able to remain frequently in a stationary position, frequently move through office, facility and other environments, and occasionally move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
