📋 Description

• Ensure proposals are developed in accordance with FAR, customer requirements, and internal policies • Support cost proposals from receipt of the RFP through contract negotiations • Assemble cost volumes and act as a point of contact for input • Review and analyze RFP, SOW, and technical solution data to determine pricing factors • Collect and evaluate functional inputs, ensuring requirements are proposed appropriately and comply with the RFP • Create supporting content for management reviews • Produce price and cost-volume narratives with cross-functional teams • Perform other assigned duties • Comply with all policies and standards • Collaborate across DLH business sectors, departments, and functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, management, business administration, or related field with 3+ years of relevant pricing experience; OR an Associate's degree in a similar discipline with 5+ years of experience • 3+ years of relevant pricing experience • US Government contractor pricing experience highly preferred • Knowledge of US Code and Federal Acquisition Regulations related to contract pricing • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong written and oral communication • Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally with business partners • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Prior experience across multiple contract types is ideal
