• Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects from initiation and planning through execution, review, and final delivery • Serve as the primary client contact and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and to quality and compliance standards • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams • Apply eDiscovery technical and procedural knowledge with project management discipline • Communicate project status clearly and promptly to clients and stakeholders • Direct internal KLDiscovery personnel assigned to projects • Liaise between internal personnel and clients to facilitate project completion • Facilitate project meetings and internal communications • Ensure accurate revenue forecasting and client project invoicing • Work with sales to plan and cost-effectively scope projects • Provide project-specific reporting • Develop relationships with client representatives • Work under pressure with a small, diverse team
• 1–3 years of eDiscovery project management experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role • Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects from win to completion in a fast-paced environment • Ability to build long-term trust with clients through delivery excellence and exceptional interpersonal skills • Deep understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model stages • Proficient understanding of data management, analytics, processing, and hosting as related to eDiscovery project management and best practice • Knowledge of data privacy laws, FRCP, GDPR, and other compliance frameworks • Hands-on expertise in eDiscovery tools and platforms • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams • Strong ability to work autonomously, identify and present solutions, and make confident decisions • Strong attention to detail • Technical aptitude and financial appreciation • University degree or equivalent qualification preferred • RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator) certification is a plus • After-hours and weekend work required • Regional travel may be required in line with business needs
